4x 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1x 16 oz carton of sour cream
1/8 softened butter
2 Tablespoons cornflour or cornstarch
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
6 eggs, separated
Preheat oven to 210 degrees celsius.
Make graham cracker base by crushing graham crackers and adding a small amount of melted butter to combine.
Grease springform pan with butter.
Soften cream cheese in microwave.
Mix all ingredients except egg whites until smooth.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into pan and bake for 1- 1 1/2 hours.
(Cover with foil to avoide burning if needed).
